S T U C K

crystal and i are sitting in bed at our new york hotel on our laptops. flights canceled. my workaholic itch is coming on for sure!

new york has treated us well though. the other night we ate a ridiculous amount of cheese and sushi (random, but awesome) at the House of The Brinson's loft. i am always amazed to see how people transform their big open spaces. their kitchen was pretty unbelievable. this is a photo of it featured on design* sponge and it definitely looked that wicked in person.

I do hope y'all stay warm! I love how snow can turn the big, loud city of NYC into a place of stillness at times.

What is with NY? There is not even snow here!

That kitchen is perfection. I saw it on designsponge. I am in a state of perpetual redecoration, especially my kitchen. ooo love that dark textured walls. Thanks for sharing.

Ps. Sushi and Cheese actually sounds divine.

I know the workaholic itch - its a tough one. Came to you via Design*Sponge today and have a VERY important question ;) WHERE did you get that plaid chair in your portrait photo? Is it available off the shelf or a custom upholstered piece? Either way, i've been thinking about it all day!

Absolutely one of my favorite blogs ever!! I love William's dark, intimate style of photography and Susan's food posts are amazing. If only to be a fly on their kitchen wall before dinner...
