I love the idea of using it as a night stand. I am terribly sick of being forced into the big clunky things they market as nightstands. The elegance of something so simple and classic looking is really unbeatable. Say no to clutter!

Lisa said...

I'm torn between using it to replace a barstool for a legitimate end table, copying your idea and turning it into a nightstand, and creating some additional bathroom storage with it. Perhaps I'll just rotate through all three uses!

kate said...

I love these! I would use one beside my bed, my current nightstand is not cutting it...

I think this would fantastic as a side table or a low version as a coffee table in my small sunroom, as the season is changing here in Ohio my friends and I gather here frequently as it is bright, breezy and has access to my backyard patio. Perfect to use for transporting cocktails, snacks, coffee or tea, probably display an old crystal decanter that was found in my grandmas attic with some nice etched rocks glasses!

I would use this as a nightstand/bedside table. It would be perfect in my guest bedroom. It's a small room and I don't have space for big bulky furniture. I also love the color as I am looking for lighter colored accents in the room.

How cute. I'm getting married in 2 months and we definitely need furniture to fill the house with. This would fit perfectly in our new living room!

I LOVE it. I would use the stand for housing my squirrel lamp or maybe even my herb collection.

Oh, I love that tray! It would be perfect for the overflow of plants and herbs in my windowsill.
