well I don't have a nightstand! So that's a potential use. Also, all my furniture tends to be second hand, thrifted, or borrowed ( mom ) so it sure would be nice to actually OWN a NEW piece of furniture from West Elm. How lovely would that be!?

Wish me luck!

I would use it to hold all of my vintage bar supplies and bottles of gin and bubbly! Love it.

i would use it as a side table in our living room. our apartment is only 450 sq feet, so the open bottom would be great for helping us maintain an open feeling in our space.

Love this tray!! Just what I need beside our bed :)

I had to leave my beautiful white West Elm Parsons desk behind (in NYC) when I moved to SF...and this beautiful white Butler Table might just be the perfect remedy to my heartbreak :) Besides buying the desk for a 2nd time!

Kate said...

I would use that table to eat my morning Cheerios on my porch! It's darling!

this would be perfect for a mini bar side table!

I love when beautiful form meets function. My husband and I love to cook in our tiny brooklyn apartment so this would serve as the perfect display for breakfast (lunch, dinner, cocktails) in bed. I'm thinking belinis, scones, and fresh berries would be perfect on this in the AM, and maritini's in the afternoon.

This table is stunning! I've just set up a tiny sewing nook in my house and this would be perfect for my thread, pincushions, and jars full of buttons!

I WOULD NEED THIS BECAUSE It would look FABULOUS in my room next to my lovely Bella Hot House Anthro bedding. PLEASE pick me! <3

I'm also setting up my new loft! Other than mine being in NYC they are looking nearly identical, so I think this would have to be a bar table near the entry to break up the similarities.

I'd love this! I just moved last week and this would add so much to my new dressing area.

Unknown said...

Love it! I would use it as a side table in my living room!

I just love this tray! I've been eyeing it for months :) I'd probably use it in my hallway, it's an awkward narrow space and kind of boring, so I think this tray would allow me to add some fresh flowers, a stack of books, and my golden giraffe! :)

kyla said...

i heart it! i'd use it as a side table to my desk to hold all my jars containing pens, pencils, ruler and markers! it would totally clean up my desk!

I would LOVE to win this awesome nightstand as the one I currently have is falling apart. It would be perfect for my stack of books and trays full of jewlery :)

I've wanted on of these for forever! We have a small apartment, and we need a little bar area. This would be perfect for that!

This is one of those pieces that can have soooo many uses at home. I think I would shuffle it around every so often. But, I would definitely start with it beside my bed. Love this!

I live in a small NYC apartment with no backyard! I would turn the tray into my mini-secret garden. Filled with plants, flowers, herbs and maybe bamboo for some luck :)

Mirmaid said...

I would love this as a mini bar! It would be perfect for holding some booze and our vintage whisky set :)

Beverly said...

I could use it for so many things but it would come in handy the most during dinner parties. Appetizers, drinks, etc... so versatile.

ooooh we just bought a house and are thinking of getting all new bedroom furniture but Ikea style and on a budget so a free nightstand that totally rocks is a win-win!

I would also use it as a bedside table, I don't have one because nothing I found was quite right, but that is so cute!

Shaina Longstreet said...

it would be the perfect addition to our brand new bedroom! we move in this weekend! :)

I would place the tray table in my bedroom and use it as a tray for my cosmetics, jewelry and perfumes. It's beautiful, but simple enough to let my pretty things stand out!

Thivia said...

I would fill a few vases with some rose stems and arrange them on the tray together with the display of alcohol that I currently own. I find the juxtaposition of flowers and alcohol very beguiling!

i'm a new west elm fan, so seeing this tray has only reinforced my latest obsession! i have a handful of items that i've been collecting from foreign countries over the past couple of years--that are currently homeless--that would accompany this piece perfectly!

Oh my how l love this beautiful little gem! I'm moving into a new apartment and starting from scratch, so I can think of million uses for this. However, my first instinct tells me it would be the perfect thing to greet me at the door after a long day of work. I can tell it would lovingly receive my mail and safe-gaurd my keys from becoming lost in the abyss that is my purse.

Thanks Bri for inspiring me everyday with your posts!

I love this! Would put it right next to my bed and it would match my vertical bookcase so well! I love it.

Christie said...

This is amazing! I would use it as a little stand by my couch for a candle and perhaps a candy dish!

Vicki said...

I would WANT to use it as a nightstand, but then I wouldn't have a sneaky drawer to stash my blankies in and keep that dark secret hidden from my boyfriend.

So I would use it in my hallway as a "put your keys here in the cute bowl on this cute table!" table.

I love the tray! It would be so perfect next to my bed in my new apartment!

In the next three months I'm graduating from college, moving halfway across the country and marrying the love of my life. I'm basically getting rid of all my stuff for the move! I will be slowly gathering cool pieces for our life together. This one would go great in our new place!

I'd love this to replace the beat up dresser in our hallway. We really need something less clunky to stow keys, change, etc as we go in and out.

I would use this super rad table as an entryway table. But of course my husband would use it as a place to toss all his receipts and change -- and then I'll regulate!

Foux Da Fa Fa said...

I would put this adorable tray right next to my bed, so I could put my retro pink phone on it (since no one gets cell reception in San Francisco!).

Teri Lyn Fisher said...

Loves it! I think would put it in my living room and start a succulent farm.

Alyssa said...

I definitely agree with you that it makes a perfect nightstand! I just moved in with my boyfriend and he has one, but I don't! I've been drooling over this West Elm one for a while :) I'd love to win it!

I'm going to use it as a mini bar in my tiny apartment. I'll put a reflective silver or mirrored tray underneath it to complete the ook. It's perfect to go with my vintage tumbler and ice bucket (not to mention some other fancy bottles)

Pretties! I need something lovely to steer the eye away from my husbands Big Trouble in Little China movie poster. Forcing him to get it framed didn't really help as much as I thought it would, oh why did I ever agree to keeping it?!

I love West Elm so much! I would definitely be selfish and place this beauty right next to my side of the bed.

Unknown said...

The tray makes the perfect plant stand (I practically live in a greenhouse)... fresh white to reflect sunshine lovin' on the leaves, but slick enough to be transformed for a party on a whim.

Shaina said...

It would be the perfect home for my favorite books and plants! Oh, and my glitter deer, too.

I would use this in my home photography office! Sooo my style =)

Chad Fick said...

I would use it as a side table in my living room! It would be perfect for serving drinks for guest, as well as adding a fun touch without taking up a lot of visual space in this small room. I love that it can be moved easily, too....it would probably end up making the rounds in my house! I can see it set up in my dining room our out on our deck (outside only temporarily) when we have parties!
