the boys hung up the bistro lights in the office yesterday above our desks. my happiness meter is shooting through the roof today, it is the perfect addition! i definitely think max and i will have better ideas now.
So cute! I just did something like this - a bit more whimsical - for above my bed that's tucked in a san francisco victorian bay window. The glow of stringed lights is unbeatable. Kudos!
I can definitely see why your happiness meter would shoot through the roof!! Mine would too if I had those shining above me while working!! Love this idea!!
There is something fun and whimsical about fairy lights. They remind me of childhood, and my tulle net dressed in fairy lights twinkling away. I will never grow out of this phase, and I love to decorate naked white birch trees/branches for screening and ambiance.

How fantastic!! Talk about a workspace pick-me-up.
That is genius!
love the lights!
Jealous of the bistro lights. But even more jealous that you get to work next to Max... xo.
L-O-V-E! But, one question: do they give off enough "light" to light a space, or are other lights still necessary?
yeah they give off great light!
LOVE these. Like, unhealthy levels of lust for them!
so cozy!

where did you get the bistro lights? and where did you plug them in so you don't get ugly wires hanging down walls? (a big problem for me!)
