i am realizing in this freelance world there is never really an ideal time to take a vacation. but sometimes you just must break away anyways. so tomorrow, i am off to palm springs to lounge by the pool in my new daisy swimsuit with some of my girliest gal pals for a few days...you can still keep up with my palm springs adventures here.

It's so true, it's very hard to take a break. My boyfriend and I are both freelance musicians and last Friday we took a day trip to Montreal and ate at as many fancy, cheap and quirky restaurants and coffee shops that we could <3
