rugs. they get dirty. filthy actually. but not jute! ohhh no, jute is perfect for a room with a lotta foot traffic. that's why we picked this one from west elm for our office space. (and this one is actually pretty friendly on the feet!)

i've never heard of jute, but if it looks that good and doesn't get dirty - its great in my book!!
I have two burro saw horses like those but I've been unable to find a table top, wheres this one from?
So how do you clean a jute rug if some klutzy-type (like moi,) happens to spill her morning coffee on it?
Ha, I just hauled my jute rug from West Elm down to Goodwill yesterday. It never stopped shedding. I vacuumed under it and over it hundreds of times over the last two years with no luck. C'est La Vie.
ha. obviously you don't have a kitty because they will think it's just a large scratching post. it's a bummer because I would love a jute rug.
